- POST https://usdc-receipt-verifier.soloearn.workers.dev/v1/consume {tx,to,min,namespace} : $0.01 USDC; second use of the same tx in a namespace returns first_use:false
- Bad input -> free 400 before payment. RPC outage -> 503, not charged.
